How to Make Loaded Chicken Fries the Shanie Way
Hey Guys! I won’t bore you with a bunch of small talk. instead I’m here to share with you how to make loaded Chicken Fries the Shanie Way. This is a fairly easy recipe and now that you and the kids can make one the weekends. I’ve made it several times for my daughter and nephews and they loved these Loaded Chicken Fries every time.
1 pound of skinless chicken breast
Fries ( I usually use OreIda Extra Crispy Golden or their Steak Fries)
Shredded Cheese ( You can experiment. I used white and sharp cheddar )
Salt, Pepper and Old Bay Seasoning.
Take your french fries and prepare them according to the directions. You can lightly seasons the fries with a bit of salt, pepper and Old Bay Seasoning. While the fries are cooking get your chicken prepared.
After cleaning your chicken breast, chopped the chicken up in cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste. I seasoned my chicken with Sea Salt, Ground Black Pepper and Old Bay Seasoning. Sauté the chicken in pan and cook until done. Once the both fries and chicken are cooked you can begin slaying your plates for of tasty fries and chicken.
How to Assemble Your Loaded Chicken Fries
Layer the bottom of a pan with cooked fries. Drizzle the fries with ranch dressing and top with chicken. Add the shredded cheese top with bacon bits and chopped green onions. and drizzle with ranch dressing again. Broil this in the oven for about 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Once the cheese has melted, remove from the oven and serve.
You can drizzle with a bit more ranch and garnish with more bacon bits and green onions. Your kids with you thank you, and then you can go rest and make them clean up the kitchen!
